 符忠来,男,苗族,1960年3月出生,湖南湘西人,中共党员,民族医师;湖南省民族医药专业委员会委员,湖南省中医学会会员,全国儿童中医保健专家委员会首届理事会委员,中国民族医药学会土家医分会理事,世界华人医药联合总会理事。2015年度“中国时代德艺双馨名医荣誉号”;2017年欧洲中国总商会世界华人精英联合会任命“畅想金丝路”亲善大使。

符忠来,男,苗族,1960年生,泸溪县人,中共党员,湘西州非物质文遗产代表性项目“苗医药酒火疗法”州级传承人。

2001年,符忠来在湘西自治州民族医药研究所所长田华永推荐进入乾州民族中医院工作。2003年,他在吉首创办“符氏苗医骨科诊所”,从事包括颈椎病、骨结核、骨坏死、手法正骨、各部位骨折复位、乳腺增生、皮囊肿在内的骨伤科、妇科、胃肠科、内科及疑难杂症的诊断治疗。特别是在治疗腰椎病、颈椎病方面开创了火功疗法先河,经治愈的病人无一留下残疾,得到社会各界人士的广泛称赞。

2005年10月17日,他出席湖南省苗族医药学术研讨会,发表《符氏苗医正骨伤科》论文,获得“省中西医结合学会民族医药专业委员会”与“中医药学会民族医药专业委员会”的一致好评,并被吸为该会会员。

2007年进入山东胶州市公安医院工作,担任主治骨科医生。2007年9月27日,他出席了在钓鱼台国宾馆召开的首届中华民族医药科技大会,受到泰国亲王接见,并被授予民族医药优秀成果奖。同时,他被选为“世界华人医学联合总会”理事。同时2007年在湖南省苗族医药学术研讨会上,他发表湘西东部苗医正骨手法整理及临床应用》论文获得一等奖。
